During this period, we would like to share with you in detail the precautions we have taken, our increased attention, and the implementations and services provided by Bilek Boutique Hotel.
  • Written information regarding COVID-19 precautions and practices is provided upon guest admission.
  • Visual information on the rules and social distancing measures in place is displayed in easily visible locations throughout the facility for both guests and staff.
  • Necessary social distancing measures are taken, markings are made, and the number of guests is limited to the capacity outlined in the plan.
  • Thermal camera or contactless temperature measurement applications.
  • Disinfection mats and hand sanitization facilities.
  • Personal protective equipment such as masks and gloves are available for guests upon request.
  • Hand sanitizers or antiseptics are provided at the entrances of general use areas and public restrooms, as well as in various locations within large public spaces.
  • Regular health checks for staff.
  • Thermal camera or contactless temperature measurement, disinfection mats, and hand sanitizers or antiseptics are provided at staff entrances.
  • Staff are provided with personal protective equipment (such as masks, surgical masks, gloves, face shields) and hand sanitizers suitable for their work environment, interaction with guests, and contact with the surroundings.
  • Daily cleaning and hygiene of staff uniforms are ensured.
  • Guest rooms and surfaces frequently touched in rooms, as well as equipment such as phones, remote controls, kettles, and door/window handles, are cleaned with disinfectant products after the guest’s stay ends.
  • Regular maintenance and necessary sterilization of ventilation and air conditioning systems, as well as other equipment like washing machines and dishwashers, are carried out.
  • The cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and related areas, including all kitchen equipment, counters, and storage areas, are regularly maintained.
  • Service materials throughout the facility (including bars and snack bars) are washed in dishwashers.
  • All staff receive Coronavirus training.
  • Rooms are left vacant for at least 12 hours before the next guest.
  • Periodic disinfection of outdoor areas.
  • Periodic disinfection of indoor areas.
  • Textiles are washed at 90°C.
